Nick Stahl Missing: Are Drugs To Blame For 'Terminator 3' Actor's Disappearance?
Terminator 3 actor Nick Stahl, who played John Connor in the film, was reported missing by his estranged wife after she hadn't heard from him in a week and she's reportedly concerned drugs may be to blame.
Stahl's wife, Rose Stahl, filed the missing persons report Monday with the Los Angeles Police Department and hasn't seen her 32-year-old husband since May 9, the Daily Mail reported.
She said in court papers that she was worried about Stahl's drug abuse and he may be in the Skid Row area of downtown Los Angeles, the notorious spot home to drug abusers and homeless people, according to Perez Hilton.
Rose Stahl thinks drugs may be the cause of her Nick Stahl's disappearance, according to TMZ, which also cited court papers in their report about Nick Stahl missing.
Aside from Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines, Nick Stahl is known for roles in The Man Without A Face opposite Mel Gibson and the critically acclaimed In The Bedroom.
The Daily Mail put out the idea that Stahl's disappearance may be part of the so-called John Connor curse that has plagued actors who played the character.
Edward Furlong was John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgment Day and the Daily Mail notes that the actor has had drug problems, including rehab stints and a DUI arrest.
Furlong's wife also asked for a restraining order when he threatened her.
Then there's Thomas Dekker, who played John Connor on the television series The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
Dekker was arrested on DUI charges in 2009 after he allegedly hit a bicyclist.
