Nicole Kidman, Alexander Skarsgard Dispel Infidelity Rumors By Sitting With Keith Urban

Nicole Kidman and Alexander Skarsgard raised some eyebrows last week when they were spotted looking “very friendly” with each other. But the “Big Little Lies” co-stars dispelled the infidelity rumors this week by attending an event with the actress’ husband, Keith Urban.

On Tuesday, the trio showed up at the front row of the Armani Privé fall 2019 runway show at Paris Fashion Week. The three Hollywood stars didn’t show signs of tension, so it’s possible that the previous reports only misinterpreted Kidman and Skarsgard’s closeness for something else.

According to Page Six, Kidman held her real-life husband’s hand throughout the runway show. But she also engaged in casual conversation and laughs with her on-screen partner. Urban also looked happy at the gathering.

For the fashion event, the 52-year-old actress donned a sleek black sequined midi dress and she paired it with a white blazer that she draped over her shoulders. The 51-year-old musician opted to wear a sharp black suit and tie and a white shirt underneath the formal ensemble. On the other hand, the 42-year-old actor went for a more casual look by sporting a black shirt and a matching suit, but he didn’t wear a tie.

Nicole and Alexander have reportedly forged a close relationship while working as an on-screen couple. Their chemistry on the show is one of the elements that made the first season of the HBO series a huge success.

In an interview for “The Kyle and Jackie O Show” earlier this year, Skarsgard admitted that he and Kidman bonded together behind the cameras just so they could deliver an impeccable performance.

“Nicole and I had some time together to build up that trust before shooting those scenes which was crucial to have, because again, some of them are very violent and very physical and very psychologically draining,” he said.

In the series, Skarsgard’s character Perry abuses Kidman’s Celeste a lot, be it physically, sexually and emotionally. For the very violent scenes, they have a stunt double on set. However, Nicole insisted to film the scenes herself, and this made Alexander admire her even more.

“She is incredibly committed and we did have a body double, like a stunt double on set, for, you know, when I throw her over chairs and stuff and when it gets really violent, and Nicole wanted to do it herself,” the actor said, before confessing that he felt “horrible” after doing those things to his co-actor.
