Nikki Bella is giving fans an update on her fiancé Artem Chigvintsev's health as well as their wedding plans.

Last month, the "Dancing with the Stars" pro announced that he was stepping away from "The DWTS: Live!" tour on Jan. 20 "due to some unexpected health issues." He later revealed that he was suffering from pneumonia.

While attending the Fanatics Super Bowl Party in Culver City, California, Saturday evening, Nikki and twin sister Brie Bella told reporters that Chigvintsev "still has pneumonia" but that they will receive an update on his condition by "Monday or Tuesday," People reported.

"He'll get his lungs rescanned, and we'll find out if they're better, if the swelling goes down. Fingers crossed that the swelling goes down and we get good news," Nikki shared before her sister chimed in, adding: "And that his cough goes away."

Earlier this month, Chigvintsev told fans via his Instagram Story that he was on the road to recovery after taking a break from the "DWTS" tour.

"Hi everyone, just wanted to give you a little update on my wellbeing," Chigvintsev said at the time. "So, I had another X-ray done yesterday, and it came back still positive for pneumonia, so I just got another set of antibiotics. This is, of course, number two."

He continued, "Hopefully, this one will do the magic, will do the trick, to kick the pneumonia out of my lungs. So that's where I'm at. I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy."

Chigvintsev had been on tour with "Bachelorette" alum Kaitlyn Bristowe, with whom he won Season 29. They were joined by reigning celebrity champion Iman Shumpert, his fellow Season 30 contestants Jimmie Allen and Amanda Kloots and Chigvintsev's fellow "DWTS" pros.

Meanwhile, Nikki also shared some updates on her wedding plans with Chigvintsev, revealing that they "are looking at Paris right now."

"We feel like it's the easiest to get his parents there," she continued. "We're figuring out dates, so we'll see, but we're thinking that Paris would be the perfect place."

Although they already have a place in mind, the couple is still undecided when it comes to when they will tie the knot. Nikki said she hopes they can hold their nuptials within the next few months but explained that "there's just a lot of complications right now."

In November 2021, Nikki — who shares 18-month-old son Matteo Artemovich with Chigvintsev — said they initially planned to exchange "I do's" in the fall. She told Entertainment Tonight that since it didn't happen by Thanksgiving 2021, she hopes that they will be married by the "next Thanksgiving."

The "Total Bellas" star also explained that COVID-19 restrictions and the pandemic putting a pause on international visas made it "impossible" for Chigvintsev's parents to travel from Russia to see them get married, forcing the couple to delay their wedding.

But when their nuptials finally happen, Nikki told People that she wants it to be a big festivity.

"Nikki always goes big," Brie admitted, as her twin sister responded: "I always go big. The people attending might be small but it will still be big."
