Is Nina Dobrev Dating Austin Stowell? Rumored Couple Attends Jaime King's Baby Shower

Former “Vampire Diaries” actress Nina Dobrev added fuel to the romance rumor mill when she attended model Jaime King’s baby shower Saturday with reported boyfriend Austin Stowell. The pair was spotted in two of Dobrev’s Instagram photos and seen kissing in West Hollywood last week, leaving many fans wondering if the actors are officially an item.

King’s baby shower was thrown by “Blank Space” singer and godmother Taylor Swift, and several celebrities were seen in the 36-year-old’s Instagram photos, including Jessica Alba, Karlie Kloss, Sarah Hyland, Hailee Steinfeld, Selma Blair and Swift.

Dobrev and Stowell attended the Hallmark Shoebox relaunch and 29th birthday celebration at The Improv last Wednesday in Hollywood where they were seen kissing, E! reported. A source also told E! the actress and Stowell arrived together. This would be Dobrev’s first public relationship since her breakup with co-star Ian Somerhalder in May 2013.

Bulgaria-born Dobrev starred in the CW supernatural drama “The Vampire Diaries” from 2009 to 2015, but left the show after the sixth season, which ended in May. She made the announcement via Instagram in early April.

“I've just spent the most beautiful weekend on Lake Lanier in Georgia with my own TVD family, the cast and crew of 'The Vampire Diaries,' ” Dobrev wrote. “I want to be the first to tell you that it wasn't just a holiday celebration. It was a goodbye party. I always knew I wanted Elena's story to be a six season adventure, and within those six years I got the journey of a lifetime.”
