No more active threat at Virginia Tech
The active threat at Virginia Tech has ended after two people were reported killed on the campus on Thursday, the university reported in its Twitter feed, citing law enforcement agencies. TV news reports indicated the suspected shooter was one of the dead.
Law enforcement agencies have determined there is no longer an active threat or needed to secure in place. Resume normal activities, the university's tweet read.
