The deadly bombing and horrific shooting attacks have left at least 92 people dead in Oslo, the capital of Norway, according to Norwegian officials, but the Norwegian king and premier have managed to survive the attack.

Norwegian King Harald, Queen Sonja and Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg on Saturday arrived at a hotel in Sundvollen, northwest of Oslo, where survivors and family members were staying and comforted the survivors and family members at the hotel.

The Norwegian police on Saturday morning said they had arrested Anders Behring Breivik, a 32-year-old Norwegian man, who later was identified as a right-wing Christian fundamentalist. Breivik will face terrorism charges that carry a prison sentence of up to 21 years.

The bombing on Friday, which has left 7 people dead and more than 15 injured, is believed to have targeted the office of Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg. However, Stoltenberg managed to survive the attacks.

Just hours after that first attack, Breivik, pretending to be a police officer, infiltrated a Labor Party youth camp in Utoeya Island and started mercilessly killing everyone in sight. The massacre left at least 84 people dead.
