Now, Hawaii auctions luxury homes
Now you can own your very own piece of luxurious Hawaiian paradise. Real Estate Company Concierge Auctions has announced plans to auction a set of super luxury properties in what many consider one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
The properties on sale include two luxury houses, two lakefront lots and an agricultural land spread out over 11 acres. Each property comes with private gates and will up for auction on October 14, 2010, the company says in a press release.
Providing details of the properties, Concierge Auctions said the Mali'eWai, which translates from Hawaiian as 'quiet waters', is spread over 16 acres in the state's northern shore and comprises a group of five separate properties that are available for sale either individually or jointly.
The two luxury homes on these properties truly live up to their tag. Both come well equipped with pools and spas and while one has two bedrooms, the other has four. Prices start at $3.1 million and $3.4 million respectively.
The lakefront lots offer dazzling vistas of the lake. If you're interested in investing in one, they are priced at $750,000 and $ 895,000.
By far the most awe-inspiring one property available is the 40-acre Kauapea Road estate, owned by Michelle Hughes Company. Breathtaking views of Hawaii's north shore, three bedrooms, a saltwater pool, a heated pool and much more could cost upwards of a neat $10 million.
