Dollar Tree (DLTR) has announced that it will hire more than 25,000 workers at its Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores. The company is holding its fourth annual Nationwide Hiring Event at stores located throughout the U.S. on Wednesday.

The event is holding interviews at every Dollar Tree and Family Dollar store from 9 a.m. to 6 pm. local time. Positions available include permanent full-time and part-time openings for store managers, assistant store managers, cashiers, and stocking help. The company is also hiring seasonal help.

Dollar Tree and Family Dollar offer a rewards package to employees as well as training and talent development, it said.

The addition of more than 25,000 employees adds to the growth that Dollar Tree has been experiencing across North America. With more than 15,000 Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores in place, the company has plans to open hundreds of new stores each year.

In its Q2 earnings report, Dollar Tress said it will add 975 new stores, remodel 1,000 stores, and relocated 100 stores. The company had net sales of $7 billion, up 8.4 percent from the same time last year, as well as an operating profit of $577.8 million, up 5.9 percent for the quarter.

“As we prepare for the busy holiday season, we are excited to bring aboard more associates to provide exceptional service to help customers find great values in our more than 15,000 convenient store locations,” Betty Click, chief human resources officer at Dollar Tree said.

“The continued growth of the Dollar Tree and Family Dollar brands is only possible through our talented and industry-leading teams. There are numerous opportunities for career growth in the organization with more than 35,000 associates promoted into new positions within the past year,” she added.

Shares of Dollar Tree stock were up 1.44 percent as of 11:38 a.m. ET on Wednesday.
