The Fashion Star mentor Jessica Simpson is due to give birth to her first child with fiancé Eric Johnson this spring and has revealed the gender of her unborn baby as She.

Well, Simpson is atop the headlines not only because of her pregnancy but for the nude cover photo in the April issue of Elle magazine.

The 31-year-old posed completely naked, exactly in the same pose as Demi Moore did for Vanity Fair magazine in 1991, when she was pregnant.

The singer and actress can be seen covering her bosoms with her right hand and embracing her huge baby bump with the left in the cover photo.

Also, one of those five photographs that the magazines released Wednesday, including two cover shots, shows baby's father Eric Johnson kissing her belly in an utterly adorable and touchy pose.

Apparently, nothing made her conscious while shooting nude for the magazine. I wasn't nervous at all, she said in an interview with USA Today.

Normally, I'm so shy. I'm not the person you see photographed in a bikini on a beach. But for some reason, being pregnant, it's so easy for me. I feel so comfortable in my skin.
