NY Photographer Fights To Save Private Photos Of Neighbors In Their Homes And Wins [VIDEO]
A New York photographer took intimate photos of his neighbors through their open windows using a telephoto lens, claiming it was art, but his neighbors didn’t see it that way.
Arne Svenson secretly took pictures of his neighbors, including children, living in the luxury Zinc building in Tribeca.
The residents were shocked, and some livid, to discover they were the subjects of Svenson’s new exhibit on display in a Chelsea gallery, called "The Neighbors." Two parents whose minor children were featured in the exhibit decided to sue, but a New York City judge ruled in favor of the photographer.
