NYC Penthouse Comes With 2 Free Tickets To Space
A broker from New York City just upped the perks of being part of the rich and fabulous by offering two free tickets to space to anyone who will buy a luxurious penthouse in Manhattan. The property, which is priced at $85 million, comes with other free add-ons such as Rolls Royce cars and a Lamborghini.
According to real estate broker Daniel Neiditch, the penthouse has a floor size of 15,000 square feet and is situated in Manhattan’s West 42nd Street, The New York Times reported.
Apart from the free tickets to a commercial spaceflight, anyone who is willing to shell out $85 million for the penthouse will enjoy other Earth-bound benefits that come with the property.
These include a live-in butler, a private chef, a yacht with free docking fees for the next five years, a stay at a rental mansion at the Hamptons for one summer, courtside tickets for the Brooklyn Nets for an entire season and weekly dinners for a year at Daniel, a Michelin-starred French restaurant in the city.
Aside from these, Neiditch also threw in $2 million allowance for future construction or renovation costs, a Lamborghini and two Rolls Royce Phantoms as part of the sale.
Based on the impressive list of freebies that come with the penthouse, it is clear that Neiditch isn’t just selling a high-end property. Instead, what he’s offering is actually a truly immersive experience in the world of the extremely wealthy.
The penthouse has been on the market for about a year now but since no one has made a serious offer for it yet, Neiditch decided to boost the perks that come with the property by offering two free tickets to space.
Although the broker refused to divulge the details of the spaceflight, it’s a bit easy to speculate which company would be honoring it. Over the past couple of years, several major companies have already expressed their interest in hosting commercialized flights to space. Among those vying to be Earth’s major airline to space are Elon Musk’s SpaceX, Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic and Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin.
