Police, on Sunday, arrested a man who live streamed himself drinking and dancing outdoors in Over-the-Rhine in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place Friday night.

The man, identified as 25-year-old Rashaan Davis, was seen huddling closely with over 20 other people and arrogantly shouting that they did not care about the coronavirus.

"This is how we do it in my city, man. We don't give a f--k about this coronavirus," he said in his Facebook Live stream.

In the video, which was later reposted to Youtube, people were seen dancing on top of cars and standing close to each other completely ignoring the social distancing guidelines and stay-at-home order, which commands Ohioans to avoid leaving their homes for non-essential activities and to maintain a six-foot distance from one another.

“This is how we celebrate our coronavirus,” Davis brags at one point in the recording.

A group, seen in the video, said they were partying at "Club Shell" referring to a Shell gas station in the background, and bluntly said they intended to party there again.

Davis repeatedly mentioned that he hoped the video would be picked up by Worldstarhiphop, a content aggregating video blog known for spreading clips of any content related to entertainment and hip hop but mostly fights and other shocking public confrontations.

Comments to the video started pouring in as soon as Davis went live.

“I’m about to call the Health Department right now,” wrote an angry commenter. “What are these people doing out? This is so irresponsible. This is a pandemic,” another wrote.

"Well folks this is clearly why the virus is spreading so rapidly," another person added.

According to court documents, over 55,000 people watched the stream.

“This particular offense is egregious in nature due to the fact arrested publicly acknowledged the COVID-19 pandemic and incited others to violate the ‘stay at home’ order,” wrote the arresting officer.

After the incident, Cincinnati police have reinforced patrols in the area.

“These are happening throughout all of our city, not just in Over-the-Rhine and not just in the African American community,” city council member Chris Seelbach told local media. “So every report of people who are holding parties or congregating in groups of more than 10 people are taken seriously. We're working very hard to break those things up.”

Davis was charged with a second-degree misdemeanor for violating the Ohio Department of Health’s stay-at-home order and was issued a $350,000 bond on Monday morning.
