Oklahoma Murder Suspect Posts Facebook Live Videos On The Run
An Oklahoma man, wanted on various charges, including two counts of first degree murder, posted two Facebook Live videos while still on the run from the police Tuesday.
Michael Dale Vance Jr. is the prime suspect in the murders of his aunt and uncle and has been accused of shooting two police officers with an AK-47 rifle Monday. Vance apparently escaped in a police car after the incident and continues to be on the run.
Vance posted two videos using Facebook Live, which have since been removed by the company. At one point in his video he says, "Letting y’all know, look, this is real. See, that’s a fucking gun. That’s the real deal. It ain’t a joke. This ain’t a prank."
He further threatened more victims: "I am coming for you," he said.
The chase started after the suspect fled in a police car after shooting two police officers. He then reportedly shot at a woman and stole her car, which he drove to the victims’ house and allegedly murdered them. The two victims had injuries indicating decapitation attempts, the Associated Press reported.
Vance was last seen about 30 miles from the Texas border in Western Oklahoma on Monday.
Court records show that Vance has been charged in the sexual abuse case of a 15-year old girl in Lincoln County and has a court hearing on Nov.7. He is believed to be driving a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse with the license plate 943LQQ and has been described as 5 feet 11 inches, Native American, and weighing 212 pounds.
