Oklahoma Suspects Murder Teen As Payback For STD On New Year's

Prosecutors in Oklahoma charged two individuals on Friday for fatally shooting a 17 year old girl in a case of Payback for allegedly giving them an STD.
Court documents revealed both Andrew Hall, 30, and Cheyenne Blalock, 17, have been charged with first degree murder for killing Kirstan Patterson.
Patterson’s mother and stepfather reported Patterson was missing on New Year’s and her body was found some hours later near the spring creek boat dock on the Neosho River in Mayes County with a gunshot wound to the head.
The Mayes County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hall and Blalock later the day and they are being held on a bond for 1 million dollars. the next court appearance have been set for January 9th.
The Sheriff’s County Office revealed an affidavit where a detective claimed Blalock stated her boyfriend hall had spoken about Kirstan with murderous intent considering the transmission of the STDs. At the very least, he wanted to be reimbursed apparently.
The interviews done on Hall and Blalock showed that Hall had discussed different ways of killing Patterson.
Sheriff Mike Reed claimed the two suspects and the victim lived in Choteau and were acquainted. The report revealed that Blalock and Patterson attended the same school in Oklahoma.
Hall told the authorities that Blaclock had knives on her person and thought she would physically assult Patterson and he complied with her demands because he was afraid she would harm him.
The authorities did confirm that Blalock hid under a blanket in the back of Hall’s vehicle on New Year’s when he picked up Patterson on the way to Spring Creek Recreation Area.
Authorities have also confirmed that both Hall and Blalock are saying the other procured a rifle from the vehicle and shot Patterson in the head. Blalock told police detectives she did not witness the act but she head two shots and then came out to confirm Patterson was dead. Hall stated that it was Blalock who shot Patterson in the head.
Blalock went on to say that Hall poured bleach on the body in a bid to destroy the evidence and it was Hall who moved the body into the water. Both confirmed though that Hall did hide the rifle under his bed at his residence after the fact.
Maj. Rod Howell from the Sheriff’s Office gave a message of condolence to the family. He met with them and voiced sympathy saying he could not fathom what they were going through considering he also has children.
