Celebrities such as Drake, Lil Nas X, Kevin Hart, and the Jonas Brothers are using the FaceApp, which allows users to essentially go into the future to create a photo of themselves as they would look when they are 60, 70 or even 80 years old. The photos are being shared on social media with the hashtag #FaceApp.

FaceApp was started by a small design team in Russia. The mobile app uses a series of filters and features, which has been updated since its initial launch two years ago. With the free version, users are able to select from an array of filter options, including the old age one that is going viral.
