The war in Onigashima is heating up with the Supernovas and the Emperors of the Sea finally facing each other on the roof of the Skull Dome. Fans are excited to see who fights who and how the battle plays out.

Interestingly, the latest “One Piece” Chapter 1001 spoilers reveal that Straw Hats’ Roronoa Zoro is teaming up with one of his greatest enemies -- Killer.

The latest set of spoilers, as per Redon and other “One Piece” insiders, reveal the fight details on top of the Skull Dome. It mentions that Zoro and his former nemesis Kamazou or Killer fight together against Kaido. Zoro unleashes his Rengoku Oni Giri attack while Killer hurls the Beast Pirates’ captain with his Zanshu Claw. Apparently, their attacks caused a bit of damage to Kaido, who compliments the duo.

Killer, who was then christened with the name Kamazou, was once Zoro’s toughest enemy and fans may recall their explosive battle in “One Piece” Chapter 937. After the Kid Pirates’ encounter with Kaido, Orochi offered Killer the chance to save his captain and gave him a SMILE fruit. It turned him into a Pleasure and later earned the name Kamazou the Manslayer.

Orochi hired him to kill Toko after the chaos at the palace where he reached the Ringo region. Near the bridge, Zoro, fighting Gyukimaru, clashed with Kamazou to protect Hyori and Toko. Killer lost his iconic mask and most part of his face is covered with bandages, which is possibly the reason why Zoro has not recognized him at that time.

During their battle, Killer landed a serious hit on Zoro using a scythe. However, the pirate hunter managed to take one of his scythes, used it as a replacement for his third sword, and landed a heavy hit on him. Killer dropped on the ground and was defeated.

It is interesting to see how the Zoro and Killer duo plays out. “One Piece” Chapter 1001 spoilers mention that Zoro still needs to release more of Enma’s power. Whether this power would help them defeat the Emperors of the Sea is still unknown. Fans are hoping to see Zoro fight Kaido in the upcoming chapters of “One Piece.”
