The early set of spoilers for "One Piece" 1047 is now available online and thanks to insiders in the community, fans now know that it is titled "The Sky of the Capital." While the spoilers barely disclose the intricate details of the upcoming manga installment, the information is enough to hype fans and keep them talking about it.
"One Piece" 1047 brings the readers back to the time when the Kuri Castle is burning and Oden's wife Toki sends Momo and some of the Akasya Nine members to the future, fulfilling her husband's last words. After the event, Toki, while on the verge of death, gives her last words, imparting hope to the people of Wano and betting on the uncertain future that Oden believes in.
When Kuri burns to the ground, Toki declares, "You are the moon unaware of the dawn. May your purpose be fulfilled and cast nine shadows on the night woven of 20 years and you shall know the brilliance of the dawn." Onigashima engulfing in fire and Oden's Castle burning are seemingly parallel events Oda used in the Wano arc to mark the start of something.
The spoilers also reveal that Orochi is still alive after the Kairouseki that restricted him burned. The shogun of the Wano Kuni, whom Kaidou beheaded previously, transforms into an eight-headed human-snake hybrid.
There is no telling who will kill the usurper Orochi but according to the Japanese creation myth, Susanoo, the Shinto storm god who was expelled from heaven, destroyed Orochi using the legendary katana, Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi or the Sword of the Gathering Clouds of Heaven. Susanoo and Momonosuke have a lot of common traits and Oden's Ame no Habakiri sword, which is described as heavenly, could be his version of the legendary katana that killed the eight-headed serpent.
If the Japanese creation myth is to be believed, there is a high possibility that Momonosuke, who wields his father's sword, Ame no Habakiri, will ultimately kill Orochi. Finally, the spoilers say that Luffy uses the Gomo Gomu no Thunder and attacks Kaidou.
The captain of the Straw Hat Pirates also shows off his new ability when he makes his fist so big that it outsized Onigashima. Elsewhere in "One Piece" 1047, Kaidou confirms that Pirate King Gol D. Roger is not a Devil Fruit user and tells Luffy that abilities are not necessary to dominate the world.
"One Piece" 1047 is set to drop Sunday, while more raw scans might surface between Wednesday and Saturday.
