'One Piece' 1061 Spoilers: New Island, New Problems; Vegapunk's Identity Finally Unveiled

"One Piece" 1061 takes fans to a new island that could help solve some mysteries in the series, including the identity of Dr. Vegapunk and the weapons the World Government is working on. It could also help everyone get a deeper understanding of one of the most peculiar characters in the Worst Generation — Jewelry Bonney.

The early set of "One Piece" 1061 spoilers are now out, thanks to the insiders in the community. They claim that the chapter is titled "Egg Head, The island of the Future," referring to the island that reportedly belongs to the genius scientist under the employ of the marines, Dr. Vegapunk. Close to the island is a Marine base, where some characters from the Punk Hazard arc are present, including Tashigi and some members of SWORD.

Helmeppo, Koby's partner and the son of former Marine tyrant Captain Morgan, apparently wants to "borrow" Vegapunk's weapon dubbed Seraphim to rescue his partner. Elsewhere in "One Piece" 1061, Luffy, Chopper and Bonney are separated from the rest of the crew.

The spoilers also tease that at the end of the chapter, a girl appears, and she claims to be Vegapunk. The Egg Head Island sends a strong Punk Hazard vibe and with Eiichiro Oda, the legendary mangaka who created "One Piece," promising to reveal the mysteries of the manga, it looks like this arc will answer many questions fans have since been debating.

With Jewelry Bonney in the arc, she will likely team up with the Straw Hats, just like what happened with Law. She might also serve as an instrument that would lead to a deeper understanding of Vegapunk's identity.

Oda might reveal more about Bonney, including her powers and her abilities. And since she is a glutton, it would be interesting to find out how she fares with Luffy's eating prowess.

While not included in the early spoilers, other fans speculate that "One Piece" 1061 would consist of details about the Lulusia Kingdom and what happened to Koby after the phone call to Dragon was disconnected. Perhaps there would be an update about Vivi, as well.
