'One Piece' Chapter 984 Spoilers: Yamato's Face Finally Unmasked

“One Piece” is on a hiatus and fans will have to wait a little longer for the new chapter to drop. In “One Piece” Chapter 983, fans saw how Kaido’s son saved Luffy from Ulti and Page One. Interestingly, according to a new set of spoiler, Yamato will finally reveal his face in “One Piece” Chapter 984.

The most recent chapter of “One Piece” continued to tease fans with Oda showing Yamato in several panels. However, the “One Piece” creator maintains the mystery surrounding the new character’s identity by letting him wear a Hannya mask. Surprisingly, this may no longer be the case in “One Piece” Chapter 984, according to a new spoiler.

The spoiler posted by Reddit user Kirosh claimed that fans would finally see the face of Kaido’s son. The user cited Talkop as the source of the latest information. Unfortunately, the tipster did not offer any other details about Yamato and or what would happen to other characters in the upcoming chapter.

“One Piece” Chapter 984: Luffy and Yamato’s Connection

Yamato’s actions in the most recent installment of the manga puzzled fans and triggered a lot of speculations. Initially, several fans believed that Yamato would be crucial in the victory of the Beast Pirates. However, based on the turn of events, it looks like it may no longer be the case.

A fan theory shared online a few weeks ago claimed that Ace has an important role in the Wano Country arc. The “One Piece” fan believed that Oda has something better for fans aside from Ace’s friendship with Tama. Another fan recalled this theory and connected it with Yamato’s actions toward Luffy.

Further, the fan thought that Ace and Yamato might have made a special bond when Roger’s son visited the place. Considering that both characters are sons of powerful pirates, there is a high possibility they both share the same disgust toward their fathers. Ace might have shared with Yamato his younger brother Luffy, which could explain why Yamato saved the captain of the Straw Hats and told him that he has been waiting for him.

“One Piece” Chapter 984 is scheduled to arrive on July 5, 2020.
