'One Piece' Episode 974 Promo, Spoilers: Kozuki Oden's Will To Fight

Kozuki Oden, the real protector of the Land of Wano, burns with his spirit to fight against the evil plans of Orochi and Kaido in "One Piece" Episode 974.

The new episode is titled "Oden Wouldn't Be Oden If It Wasn't Boiled."

The official preview trailer for "One Piece" Episode 974 is out. It teases Orochi is irritated and he makes the entire capital scream. It remains to be seen if Oden would be able to perform a miracle and come out of the boiling pot alive.

A lot is at stake for Oden as the hour holds the fate for the country's future in "One Piece" Episode 974.

The previous episode gives a brief recap as Oden and the Akazaya members lose the battle against Kaido and his army of beast warriors. Now, Oden and his clan of samurais are set to be executed by boiling.

Before the execution, Oden wants Kaido to give him a chance and proposes an idea. He tells Kaido that all of them will jump into the boiling pot together.

He wants Kaido to set whatever time limit he likes and if any of them survive that long, he must set all of them free.

Kaido gives them one hour to survive inside the boiling pot. Without any hesitation, Oden jumps and the boiling liquid burns his body. In the meantime, the Akazaya members follow their leader and charge toward the pot.

Oden pulls out a wooden plank and orders the Akazaya members to stay on it while he carries the plank over his head.

The members want Oden to put them down as they cannot see their leader endure alone. However, Oden knows only he can survive this ordeal.

The cast of "One Piece" anime includes Mayumi Tanaka as Monkey D. "One Piece" Episode 974 is scheduled to air Saturday. Crunchyroll is streaming the episodes in Japanese with English subtitles.
