Khloé Kardashian has been through the wringer these past few years. Through it all though, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star has tried to remain positive. And, she wants her fans to do the same.

While promoting the new season of her show "Revenge Body," the 35-year old opened up to Entertainment Tonight's Lauren Zima about reliving the "KUWTK" drama.

"I personally don't watch it back because... I already know what happens and it's just a little too toxic for me to keep reliving stuff like that, so I stay off social [media]," Khloé admitted. "I didn't watch it. And it's just a part of our job that we kind of have to do, so we can't just pick and choose what we want to show. That's not fair. And so it's just what it is."

The "toxic" event Khloé refuses to relive is the cheating scandal involving the father of her one-year-old daughter True, Tristan Thompson, and Kylie Jenner's best friend at the time, Jordyn Woods. Although the drama occurred in February, the episode featuring the devasting news aired on "KUWTK" during the first part of E!'s two-part Season 16 finale on Sunday.

Fellow "KUWTK" star Scott Disick, who has previously voiced his feelings on the matter, offered up his two cents as well.

Disick, who is the father of Khloe's sister Kourtney Kardashian's children, told ET, "I think a lot of people started getting too caught up in the negative side of things when, in actuality, the only thing that really matters is Khloe and her baby, True, and that's it. Nothing else. All support should be going for her and how she feels and that's it. This has happened to a million people in the world. Let's just figure out how to get Khloe through it, not figure out how to get any negativity in it."

Although the Good American founder is "happy" and "healing", she makes it clear that negativity towards anyone is a no-no.

"Bashing either side is just not cool for me," Khloé said. "I don't think there needs to be negativity anywhere. I think it's just a story that's being told, but anybody picking a side or condemning any human, I think this is a part of life. I'm not saying it's a good part."
