Orlando Bloom's Ex-Wife Miranda Kerr, Fiancée Katy Perry Have 'Super Close' Relationship: Report

Orlando Bloom's fiancée Katy Perry and his former wife Miranda Kerr are more than just good friends — they're best friends, according to a report.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel and the "Roar" singer are "super close," an unnamed insider told Us Weekly.

"Miranda and Katy have a super close relationship," the tipster said. "They tend to spend family holidays together, they exchange parenting tips and have one-on-one girl talks."

According to the insider, Kerr shares "great advice and tells Katy to take time for herself."

The "American Idol" judge reportedly "adores" the model and "the friendship they've built over the last few years," the source said.

Bloom, 45, was previously married to Kerr, 39, from 2013 to 2016. They share an 11-year-old son, Flynn. Kerr moved on with her now-husband, billionaire Snap founder Evan Spiegel, with whom she shares two sons: 18-month-old Miles and 3-year-old Hart.

The "Lord of the Rings" star, meanwhile, got engaged to the "California Gurls" hitmaker in 2019 after three years of dating. They share a 2-year-old daughter, Daisy.

Both Perry and Kerr have had nothing but kind words to say about each other during interviews and appearances.

When Kerr launched Kora Organics skincare last year, Perry joined her on Instagram Live, where they discussed the model's products and bonded over motherhood. The singer also revealed one of the great things about her "close" relationship with Kerr.

"In our modern family, she's probably the most health-conscious of everyone," Perry said of Kerr. "One of the great things about being close to Miranda is I get to try out all her products, especially when her son [Flynn] comes home with them in his backpack."

Kerr also loves her close bond with Perry. When she appeared on "The Drew Barrymore Show" in November 2020, the model gushed over the "I Kissed a Girl" songstress.

"I adore Katy and I just feel so happy that Orlando has found someone that makes his heart so happy," Kerr said. "Because at the end of the day, for Flynn to have a happy father and a happy mother is just the most important thing."

Kerr echoed the same sentiment during an interview with Vogue Australia in July, sharing that she is "really happy" co-parenting with Bloom and Perry.

"From day one, when Orlando and I decided to separate, I said, 'Listen, whatever we do, we have to put Flynn's needs first, not our own.' That's the way we make our decisions," the model said. "Family is my No. 1 priority, then work, then my company."
