“Orphan Black” Season 5 will wrap up on Saturday night, and executive producers Graeme Manson and John Fawcett recently shared some details about the upcoming finale.

While speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Manson said that the upcoming final episode of the BBC America series will be somewhat a tribute to all the Leda clones and the “Orphan Black” fandom, a.k.a. the Clone Club.

“We’ve got a really fantastic finale that plays out our entire series end game. We’ve put our characters in the deepest, darkest hole, and now they have to get out. We’ve spent so long with these characters, and Tatiana Maslany has spent so long inhabiting this world of sestras so we’re really interested in paying it off for a Clone Club in a way that honors the sisters and the fandom. But we’re not a show that’s ever gone easy on the emotions,” he said.

Manson and Fawcett, who have already seen the finale, said that they became very emotional while watching the ending of “Orphan Black.” Fawcett added that even though tears may be expected in the finale, this does not mean that viewers wouldn’t be satisfied with the ending. “I think people are really going to like it. It is a great ending,” he said.

Meanwhile, lead star Maslany has one piece of advice for fans who plan to watch the last episode on Saturday night. According to the actress, viewers should take a trip to “Costco and buy bulks of Kleenex.” “Some very strong fortified wine perhaps, some brandy,” she added.

“Orphan Black” Season 5, episode 10 will see Helena (Maslany) struggling with delivering her babies. She has just been saved by her sister, Sarah (Maslany), but they couldn’t escape P.T. Westmoreland’s (Stephen McHattie) lair since Helena’s water broke and she was in so much pain. Sarah is also dealing with the shocking death of her adoptive mom, Mrs. S (Maria Doyle Kennedy). Luckily, Art (Kevin Hanchard) will be there to give her some support.

“Orphan Black” Season 5, episode 10 will air on BBC America on Aug. 12 at 10 p.m. EDT.
