Oukitel K10000 With 10000 mAh Mammoth Battery Now Available On Preorders With $239 Price Tag
Oukitel K10000 is yet another feature-rich smartphone from the Chinese smartphone brand. Oukitel is marketing the device by stating that it has world’s largest capacity battery that can last for about 10 to 15 days with normal use. It is listed with a preorder price tag of $239.
The Oukitel K10000 is a phablet device featuring a HD screen of 5.5-inches. It supports a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. Since it comes with very thin bezels, the K10000 smartphone offers a screen-to-body ratio of 86 percent.
The handset is powered by MediaTek MTK6735 chipset that comprises of a 1 GHz quad-core processor and Mali-T720 graphics. It is supported by 2 GB of RAM.
The handset comes preloaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. It is available with an internal storage capacity of 16 GB. On its external storage, users can add up to 32 GB of microSD card.
It features a rear camera of 8-megapixel enabled with dual-LED flash and a front-facing shooter of 2-megapixel. For connectivity, the handset provides various options like 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is a dual-SIM handset in which the first slot is reserved for a micro SIM card and the second slot can be used either for a microSD card or a micro SIM card.
The handset has a unique appeal and it appears to be a very durable device as it is equipped with a strong steel frame. The handset measures 157 x 76.6 x 13.7 mm and weighs 285 grams.
Undoubtedly, the USP of the Oukitel K10000 is its massive 10,000 mAh battery. The handset is also equipped with intelligent power consumption management feature that helps in prolonging the battery life. Since it carries support for fast charging, it takes around 3.5 hours to fully charge the humungous battery. Without this feature, it would require several hours such a huge battery to its full capacity.
Gear Best has started receiving preorder of the Oukitel K10000 handset. It is listed with a price tag of $239. The last date to preorder the device is Jan. 2.
