"Outriders" is the recently launched co-op third-person RPG shooter title from Square Enix and People Can Fly. Just like all other new games, it shares the same teething problems at launch, most of which are now being fixed by the game developers. For players still experiencing launch issues, bugs and other glitches, here are some of the best workarounds they could try.

Server, Connectivity Issues and Fix

There is no doubt that "Outriders" is an impressive shooter title but the server and performance issues of the game are ruining players' overall gaming experience. Most of the server problems are seemingly due to a lot of players trying to play the game. This is a common problem among always-online games.

Unfortunately, there is no immediate solution to these issues. But there are steps players can take to tackle these connectivity issues. One of them is by checking if they have a strong internet connection. To make sure players get the fastest internet connection from their source, they should try using an ethernet cable instead of simply connecting to the wifi.

The developers are well-aware of these issues and while there is no permanent fix yet, a workaround has been provided. According to them, players who are experiencing matchmaking wait times can try turning Crossplay off in the settings as it can help speed up the matchmaking process. Devs have assured players that the team continues " to work on improving the situation."

No HUD "Outriders" Glitch And Fix

While having no Heads-Up Display or HYD is great for making taking screenshots, it is not helpful when playing the game. To fix this, players should pause the game when they boot it up and enter from the lobby. After that, they should go back to the game and they will see that the HUD bug is already gone.

Crossplay Issue Fix

The most popular workaround in fixing the crossplay issue of "Outriders" is by launching the game on DirectX11. It is also one of the workarounds when players experience PC stuttering issues. Instead of running the game in Directx12, it is recommended to run it on Directx11.
