'Ozark' Season 3 Release Date Set For March, Teaser Trailer Released

A teaser trailer of “Ozark” Season 3 has been released online. Apart from revealing the plot synopsis, the video also confirmed the release date of the show to be in March.

The casino will finally be up and running in the next season. The teaser trailer that has been released by Netflix shows someone mixing cards and playing with the casino chips. However, the blood stains on one of the chips confirms that not everything will go smoothly.

The main conflict in the next season will be about whether or not they should expand their business. The family chose not to flee Gold Coast, and their plan for a casino on water will materialize in the next season.

Marty was last seen buying a river boat casino. The question for them now would be to whether let things stay the way they are or expand on it.

The plot synopsis of the next season posted on Collider reveals that it will be Wendy (Laura Linney) who will want to expand while Marty (Jason Bateman) will just want status co. The two characters will be seen fighting to control the future of the family.

Wendy will plan her expansion after getting support from Helen (Janet McTeer) and the drug lord Omar Navarro. The problems for her, according to the plot synopsis, will begin when her brother Ben arrives in town and throws everyone’s lives into chaos.

Some of the teaser images from the next season have been posted on People. The first image shows Marty having a normal conversation in a diner while the second promo photo shows him in a darker setting.

“Ozark” Season 3 will premiere on March 27. The wait for the new season is 19 months long after the Season 2 finale, which aired way back on Aug. 31, 2018.
