On Friday, Palm said that it is planning to make the WebOS SDK available to everyone by the end of summer.

Palm is working hard on the SDK and the company is eager to open access through it, but the kit still needs some work, according to newly updated Palm Developer Network blog post.

Palm is now planning to speed up the growth of the early access program while publishing more content outside the early access program and will launch new confidentiality rules that will allow early Mojo developers to communicate more freely with the rest of the world.

If everything goes on well, as resources allow, palm says that they'll open the SDK to all legitimate requests.
