With an incredible win over Brazil in the Copa America semifinal, the Paraguay national football team kept the dream of its biggest and hottest fan, Larissa Riquelme, alive.

Larissa for the second time has promised to bare it all for the team if it lifts the Copa America trophy. Larissa had promised to run naked on the streets of Paraguay if her team won the Fifa World Cup in South Africa.

As that did not happen, the 26-year-old model made another promise saying: If Paraguay win the Copa America then, I shall pose nude on the pitch.'' She said as she gestured in the direction of the Brigadier General Estanislao Lopez Stadium before the match against Ecuador.

Paraguay beat defending champion and most favorite team in the tournament, Brazil, 2-0 on penalties in a nail-biting clash.

Both the teams failed to score in normal and extra time which took the match into penalty shoot-out. Following a brawl among players, both the teams were reduced to 10 players each as the referee showed red card to Lucas of Brazil and Alcaraz of Paraguay and directed them off the pitch for their petulance in the 13th minute.

In the shoot-out Brazil's Elano came to take the opening spot kick and hit the ball way high over the bar giving the first blow to his own side. Paraguay's Barreto repeated the story by wasting his attempt by sending the ball wide.

Paraguay goalie and captain Justo Villar became the national hero by guessing Thiago Silva's side-footed loose strike right and stopping it. Marcelo Estigarribia then gave Paraguay its deserving lead by directing the ball into the net with a powerful kick.

Andre Santos repeated his team-mate Elano's mistake and sent the ball into the crowd from above the bar. Riveros then did the rest of the damage for the Sambas by reading Cesar's early reaction and sending the ball high into the goal.

Brazil's ouster is the biggest upset in the tournament after Uruguay sent host Argentina packing in the first quarterfinal.

Paraguay will meet Venezuela in the semifinal.

With just two victories away, the hopes of those who fantasize about Larissa remain alive. Larissa has promised to pose naked on the pitch if Paraguay can win the tournament.
