The Path Of Parth Pandya And How It Led Him To Become The Vice President Of First Horizon Bank
Hailing from India, Parth Pandya has built a name for himself in the tech industry with his contributions to various companies. Known for reducing costs and building sustainable practices, Parth is no stranger to the field of service delivery, account management and robotic process automation.
Parth is the Vice President of First Horizon Bank in Memphis and plays a key role in expanding the bank's Robotics Process Automation (RPA) program. Under Parth's leadership as head of the RPA Centre of Excellence, the program has grown three-fold in just three years and has generated an unexpectedly high annual savings for the bank.
"I have always been intrigued by technology and completed a Bachelor of Technology before moving into Product Management and Business Management. In a way, all of these are linked, especially in today's environment. You can't do business without a good product or a virtual presence." Parth shares about his origins and how far he has come from being a starry-eyed boy to an expert in Account and Project management.
When it comes to business, it's always been about keeping margins high and overheads low. How was he able to achieve that?
"It wasn't easy," he admits, "and it takes a lot of determination and perseverance to grow a team. As the Vice President, it's my responsibility to oversee that we are setting up robust processes in place and these processes ensure quality, growth and help the bank at large. As a seasoned professional with experience in building and leading high-performance teams in Service Delivery, Account Management and Robotic Process Automation, Parth has successfully scaled both international and domestic teams.
It took Parth seven years to get where he is now and his first job helped him secure a managerial position at Xturion Pvt. Ltd. During his four years at the operations department, Parth was able to increase annual revenue to $1 million dollars and liaised the collaboration of a contact center software product with an software development team. He was even awarded Best Employee of the Year in 2010 for his efforts in developing the international arm of Xturion. Despite his successes, he found his calling in America and joined Tata Business Support Services Inc in 2011.
As a senior manager, he managed to increase their revenue from $2 million to $7 million in under two years. An impressive feat, but not the only achievement he did for the company which dealt in automation implementation and account management. He added another $1 million of annual revenue by setting up a delivery center in Austin by overseeing the implementation of robotic process automation solution amongst other things. Parth is a COPC certified registered coordinator and also lead the COPC certification for Tata Business support services. All the while, pursuing his MBA, which came in handy when he finally made the jump to First Horizon Bank.
Similarly, in 2017, Parth founded Team Synergein Global Solutions, a startup focused on delivering innovative RPA solutions. Within just two years, the company experienced remarkable growth with revenue increasing from 100,000 USD to 3 Million USD. He successfully expanded his team to include 80 skilled and dedicated employees who shared his vision and commitment to providing excellent services to clients.
His intuition and his people skills helps him along in his career and he will continue to perform to the best of his ability to do what he does best: lower overheads and increase revenue.
