Patrick Schwarzenegger was hospitalized over the weekend for injuries he sustained in a skiing accident, but it seems Arnold and Maria's son is doing fine.

Patrick Schwarzenegger was injured on Saturday while skiing in Sun Valley, Idaho. The 18-year-old was hospitalized for cuts and bruises and had to receive stitches.

Little ski accident today, Schwarzenegger tweeted along with pictures. Some bruises and stitches down back and but. Thanks to sun valley doctors for everything.

However, on Sunday it appeared everything was all good as Schwarzenegger returned to the slopes.
