Paul McDonald and Nikki Reed Want to Surprise Each Other at Their Wedding on Sunday

Twilight star Nikki Reed and her ex-American Idol fiancé Paul McDonald are set to tie the knot at a private ceremony in Malibu on Sunday.

According to E! Online, friends and families have already arrived and the couple was to host a rehearsal dinner in Los Angeles on Saturday.

A source close to the couple said that he (Paul) has a surprise for Nikki, he's is going to play with his band at the reception.

The wedding will be a private affair amidst close friends and family members. It will be small, said Reed. Her maid of honor will be her best friend and Spy Kids star Alexa Vega.

The bridal gown is all ready, but Reed wants it to be a surprise, I haven't told Paul anything, she said. He's super traditional and wants to be surprised.

The adorable couple- McDonald, 27 and Reed, 23 met for the first time in March on the Red carpet of Red Riding Hood and engaged in June.

We crossed paths on this random American Idol journey, and that led me to my future wife, McDonald told People magazine.
