Paul Smith to Receive the Highest Honor at 2011 British Fashion Awards
British fashion designer, Sir Paul Smith will be given the highest fashion accolade - The Outstanding Achievement Award during the 2011 British Fashion Awards.
Known for his designer creations particularly in the menswear section, Paul Smith is regarded as a highly respected member of the fashion industry.
In 2000, Smith was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II for his outstanding contributions in the fashion arena.
The accolade will be granted to Smith ahead of the official ceremony at the Savoy on Nov.28, 2011.

Four times previous British Fashion Awards winner, Paul Smith has been the recipient of Menswear Designer (1997/1999), Classic Designer (2001) and Contemporary Designer (2003).

This award for Outstanding Achievement in Fashion Design was decided by a panel of experienced and acclaimed journalists and retailers.
