Paulina Porizkova has confirmed that she reached a settlement with her late husband Ric Ocasek's estate two years after he passed away.

The 56-year-old supermodel said on Los Angeles Magazine's podcast "The Originals" Sunday that she knew exactly how much she was owed under the New York law.

"I am getting it. The estate is settling with me," she told host Andrew Goldman during Sunday's episode, which was recorded last month.

However, Porizkova declined to reveal how much money she is getting from the estate.

"That I cannot tell you, [but] I am gonna be fine. I am gonna be fine. I settled last week," she was quoted by People as saying. "There you go. I settled last week with the estate. They were very fair. They gave me what is mine under New York state law, and we're done."

During the interview, Porizkova also denied claims that the late Cars singer was worth only $5 million when he died of natural causes at 75 on Sept. 15, 2019, at his New York City home.

When the host asked if the number was "for tax purposes," the model claimed that it was, explaining that they just had to put down a number in the "very early days."

"They just put down a low sum, so that it wouldn't seem like he was maybe holding away a lot of money from me? I don't know. I'm not sure," she suggested.

Porizkova and Ocasek announced their separation in May 2018 following 28 years of marriage. Although they had parted ways, they were not legally divorced and were still living together before Ocasek died.

Porizkova learned the day after her ex's death that she had been left out of his will. According to documents obtained by Page Six, the musician indicated in his will that Porizkova should not receive any of his belongings or money, claiming that she had "abandoned" him amid their divorce proceedings.

In February, the model revealed during a two-part conversation with Paula Polito, vice chairwoman of UBS Global Wealth Management, that she was so cash-poor after Ocasek died that she was forced to rely on friends to buy groceries.

Porizkova also shared a crying selfie and talked about her struggle to learn how to trust again after being "betrayed" by a loved one in an Instagram post in August.

"You trusted someone you loved, and now all love is suspect. But love is not possible without trust. And a world without love is not worth living. (All kinds of love)," she wrote, without dropping any names.

At the time, she had just parted ways with Academy Award-winning director Aaron Sorkin after three months of dating.
