Is Perrie Edwards Trying To Make Ex Zayn Malik Jealous Of Boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain?

Although she has moved on from her relationship with Zayn Malik, could Perrie Edwards be attempting to make her ex-fiancé jealous with her boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain?

On Sunday, the “Touch” singer asked her Instagram followers for forgiveness for sharing a photo of herself happily kissing her beau, explaining that she missed the soccer player. “Apologies for this extra af, cheese on toast post,” she wrote.

Edwards seemed to be simply missing her boyfriend as opposed to attempting to stir up feelings of jealousy from her ex- fiancé. Coincidentally, however, she shared the post hours after Malik’s chat with The Sunday Times Style was shared online.

In his interview, Malik spoke about his romance with girlfriend Gigi Hadid, which marks his first serious relationship since his split from Edwards in April 2015.

The “Pillowtalk” singer admitted that the couple, who began dating in 2016, have been living together “this past year.” Malik also revealed that behind closed doors, he and Hadid have special nicknames for one another.

“I call her Gee, she calls me Zee. There’s some other nicknames too, but I’ll keep those private,” he told the publication.

Dating rumors began to surface about Edwards and Oxlade-Chamberlain in November 2016, however, Edwards didn’t make things Instagram official with Oxlade-Chamberlain until February.

Although the two have been dating for a short time, it seems like the singer is remaining optimistic about her and the athlete’s future together.
