Pharell Williams’ net worth is $200 million. Here’s what his $30 million mansion in Miami looks like

Williams is a recording artist, producer, musician and fashion designer. His talents enabled him to make lucrative ventures and deals that bump his career earnings every year. His estimated net worth is at $200 million, per Celebrity Net Worth. With such massive fortunes, he could afford to buy several real estate properties. The latest he bought was a mansion in Miami that carries a price of $30 million. Williams apparently wanted it so badly because he wanted to spend the quarantine in it.

When the pandemic virus halted travel and music activities, artists spent their time locked up in their own homes or studios. Getting a nice mansion that can also serve as a vacation home is apparently something the N.E.R.D. vocalist had in mind. The property in Coral Gables, Florida features 12 bathrooms, a waterfront, an elevator and a wine cellar that can keep 2,000 bottles, a report from The Sun revealed. The 17,025-square-foot estate has plenty of trees and a swimming pool. It was originally priced at $45 million in 2018.

The 47-year-old also maintains a house in Hollywood Hills that is valued at $7 million. His success did not happen in an instant, but he cemented his status as a global star after releasing the hit song “Happy” in 2014. It went on to become a 7-time platinum record and reached the top of song charts around the world. He followed it up with “Blurred Lines” with Robin Thicke and rapper T.I. He was also featured in Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” released in 2013. Unknown to many, his company, The Neptunes, produced several hits in the early 2000s such as Britney Spears’ “I'm a Slave 4 U” and Nelly’s “Hot in Herre." Aside from making and producing music, the Virginia Beach native also makes money as a long-time judge of “The Voice.”

His creative pursuits took him to the fashion industry. Pharell Williams owns two clothing brands: Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream Footwear. He also collaborated with Adidas, Louis Vuitton, Takashi Murakami, Moncler and Chanel. The Grammy Award winning artist also puts his money and influence to good use. He built a $35 million afterschool in his hometown to help the underprivileged.

On the personal side, he has been married to Helen Lasichanh since 2013. The two share four children together, including the triplets born in 2017.
