Philadelphia High School Shooting: Two Students Shot In Arm At Delaware Valley Charter School
Two students were shot inside a high school in Philadelphia on Friday afternoon.
The shooting occurred around 3:30 p.m. inside a gymnasium at Delaware Valley Charter School, reports WCAU-TV. According to authorities, the shooter -- who is a student -- pulled the gun out inside the gym and the weapon went off.
The two victims -- a male and female student -- were shot in the arm. The 15-year-olds were taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in stable condition, reports WPVI. Investigators added that they have been thus far unable to determine whether or not the shooting was accidental.
Philadelphia Police Lt. John Stanford says there is video footage of the incident. "Everything has been captured on video," said Stanford.
