Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have reportedly bought an $11 million mansion in a gated, private community of Bel Air, Calif., according to a Tuesday report by TMZ.

Elite LA Homes still lists the massive house as being for sale after a scant 35 days on the market despite the news that Kimye are apparently moving in, but the listing has not been updated since Dec. 14. The listed price tag for the mansion, which was built in 2010, is a cool $10.75 million -- that's a lot of record sales for West and reality TV bucks for Kardashian.

The listing site includes an in-depth breakdown of the home's impressive amenities and is accompanied by the following description:

But the amenities listed online are apparently not good enough for the couple, as sources tell TMZ that Kimye are gutting the home to replace it with a 14,000-square-foot monstrosity to be outfitted "with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool."

The home will likely be the future home of West and Kardashian's baby, as the rapper announced on New Year's Eve that girlfriend Kardashian is pregnant. And they will be surrounded by celebrities once the work is done and they move in, as TMZ reports that their new neighbors include Jennifer Aniston, Chris Paul and Joe Francis.
