Pierce Brosnan Posts Sweet Tribute To Wife Keely For 20th Wedding Anniversary

Pierce Brosnan and his wife, Keely Shaye Brosnan, are going strong 20 years after tying the knot.

Earlier this week, the "Die Another Day" star, 68, took to Instagram to post a sweet tribute to his wife, 57, marking their 20th wedding anniversary. Brosnan shared two photos of them together, one taken in the early years of their relationship and another taken more recently.

"Happy anniversary my darling Keely, my love forever grows with you," he wrote in the caption.

Keely also marked the occasion on Instagram by sharing a throwback photo from their wedding.

"Still the one! Happy 20th wedding anniversary @piercebrosnanofficial Thank you for the gift of your love and friendship. The world is more beautiful with you in it! 4-8-94 / 8-4-2001," she wrote in the caption.

Fans and fellow celebrities sent congratulatory messages to the James Bond actor and his wife for their wedding milestone.

"Happy happy Anniversary, lovebirds," Rita Wilson commented.

"Congratulations you gorgeous couple," "Resident Evil" star Milla Jovovich wrote.

"Love you both so much. Congratulations to the most beautiful couple xx," one fan wrote, while another joked, "Looks like you two have a great...bond."

Brosnan and Keely tied the knot in Ireland in August 2001. They share two kids together, Dylan, 24, and Paris, 20.

In an interview with People in 2017, the "GoldenEye" star shared one key ingredient to their strong marriage. According to him, they make sure to spend quality time together.

"My wife and I took a short road trip up to Santa Barbara — we were going for a romantic weekend and to look at houses and drink great wine," he told People at the time. "We didn’t listen to any music, but we just listened to the sounds of each other’s voices and sorted out the world."

Brosnan also revealed in an interview with Independent in 2016 what he loves most about his wife.

"I love her vitality, her passion," he said. "She has this strength that I wouldn't be able to live without. When Keely looks at me, I go weak."
