Pippa Middleton Catches Attention of Plastic Surgery Lovers (Photos)

The back view of Pippa Middleton carefully carrying her older sister's nine-foot (2.7m) long train into the church on the day of her royal wedding with prince Williams has caught the attention of plastic surgery lovers.

Apparently, there has been a sudden increase in demand for butt lifting surgery, after Pippa Middleton was seen in a form-fitting Alexander McQueen gown as maid of honor to big sister Catherine, now the Duchess of Cambridge.

"The latest craze here in the US and all over the world is to get the 'Pippa Butt Lift. Once the breast implants reigned supreme, now it is the buttocks that are considered a woman's best asset," Miami-based celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Constantino Mendieta, told FOX411's Pop Tarts.

"The buttocks have been an increasing and escalating interest over the last four to five years, but the iconic figures were Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian," Mendieta said.

Pippa Middeton, the so-called British commoner, is a party planner and a socialite. Her popularity reached to the extent that there is even a Facebook page dedicated to her butt, "Pippa Middleton Ass Appreciation Society". The page has been so far liked by over 2 million people.

The former Butt icons Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian, both of whom have tremendous shape and curve seem to be losing their fan following since people think that their buttocks are a little too big.

"But ever since the royal wedding, Pippa Middleton has become the new queen of the booty. She opens the doors to those who did not know you could have a small, shapely and perky backside without the large size. Patients want to be more proportionate [with] buttocks that look natural and sexy and go with the rest of their body." Mendieta added.

Now people are more into looking sexy, but classy and elegant too at the same time.
