Pippa Middleton Dating Boyfriend George Percy, No Longer ‘Undateable’

Looks like Pippa Middleton is no longer undateable, as those infamous tabloids called her back in December last year.

The 28-year-old younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is reportedly dating boyfriend George Percy, 27, the heir to the Duke of Northumberland.

George is very smitten and completely in love with her, a source told The Sun.

According to the Daily Mail, the couple began dating following the turn of the new year, after the Middleton family's New Year's Eve party.

Pippa sat herself next to George at supper and made sure she was hanging off his arm all night, The Sun reported. And then she made her move.

Percy and Middleton are rumored to have dated back in 2008, during their final year studying at Edinburgh University and have remained friends, according to the Daily Mail.

Rumors swirled about a possible love connection between Percy and Middleton following her break up from Alex Loudon last year in November. The Sun reported back in December that the pair were seen together though they were just friends at the time.

Percy's family owns Alnwick Castle in Northumberland, more popularly known as the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the Harry Potter film franchise. According to ABC News, the Percy family estate is valued at over $500 million and dubbed one the grandest and richest.

Pippa Middleton is currently working for her family's party planning business while Percy runs a renewable energy business and receives $400,000 per year from his trust fund, according to the Daily Mail.
