Pippa Middleton is reportedly back off the market. The British sister of royalty is said to be dating George Percy, an old friend she met while studying at Edinburgh University. Percy is far from some guy she just met in college. Percy is one of Britain's most eligible bachelors, an heir to the Duke of Northumberland.

Percy's family owns a $500 million estate, which includes Alnwick Castle. If that name doesn't ring any bells, then what about Hogwarts? The castle was featured in all the Harry Potter films as the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Pippa and Percy's relationship may be considered new, but the two have been linked to each other in the past. Supposedly the two dated in 2008 during their final year at Edinburgh University. The most recent conection was last year when the two were said to be together after Pippa's split from England cricket player Alex Loudon. Loudon is said to have a known problem with Percy.

Percy stands to inherit $463 million (315 million British pounds). Supposedly when the heir to the Duke of Northumberland was 14, his father went to court to delay his inheritance. Percy's father feared what he would do with the money at 18-years-old. Percy had to wait until he was 25 to get his 1.25 million-pound annual income.
