Pippa Middleton Rides Bike, Hits Gym 3 Months After Her Wedding

Pippa Middleton is not slowing down when it comes to her fitness routine.

Middleton tied the knot with hedge fund manager, James Matthews, but neither her nuptials nor her honeymoon have stopped the author from keeping her body fit and toned. Just three months after their wedding, the British socialite was spotted riding her bike along the streets of London, looking fit and fab, Entertainment Tonight reported.

On Friday, Middleton was spotted making her way to the KX gym located in the Chelsea neighborhood. The sister of the Duchess of Cambridge sported a coral-colored tank top, black leggings and a pair of pink-and-orange sneakers. She complemented the look with dark sunglasses. “She’s been working out about four or five times a week,” a source told ET. “She’s been working with a personal trainer at a gym near her home in Chelsea and also has been doing Pilates. She looks and feels great – she’s never looked better.”

Meanwhile, after her wedding, Middleton and Matthews headed to Tetiaroa, a chain of Islands in French Polynesia, near Tahiti, for their honeymoon. The pair remains active through swimming and other water sports. During their honeymoon, they were seen paddleboarding and taking a walk along the beach.

When the couple flew to Sydney next, they were spotted enjoying a morning run together through the Botanical Gardens, ET noted. It was not just a leisurely workout for the pair though as they brought a personal trainer along, proving just how serious they are with their fitness routine.

In addition, Middleton and Matthews also rode a taxi boat around the Sydney Harbour and went on a nighttime climb at the Sydney Harbour Bridge. “It was quite a day for Pippa and James who didn’t stop all day long,” an insider told E! News. “They were treated to all the best parts of Sydney and remarked on what an incredible time they are having. They seemed very happy and walked hand in hand as they made their way around. Several people recognized them and got very excited. They were polite and kind to everyone that approached them.”

Last month, the pair flew to Ireland to attend a friend’s wedding. The couple was spotted walking hand-in-hand through the village outside the Eccles Hotel and reportedly waved to the locals.
