Police Surround Brooklyn Liquor Store, Two Gunmen May Have Hostage
Police in Brooklyn have surrounded a Flatlands liquor store where at least two gunmen have barricaded themselves in the store with at least one hostage.
Officers from the 63rd Precinct were passing by the block where gunshots were reported fired inside Arrow Wine and Liquor on Ave. N at 1:30 p.m.
Shop owners along the long block stretch of Avenue N were ordered out of their stores until the police investigation is concluded, the owner of Rainbow Nails said.
“I see a lot of police, I cannot go [inside the salon], the whole block is closed,” the salon owner said.
