A popular TikTok personality allegedly tortured by Russian police has announced that he will donate thousands of dollars worth of drones to Ukraine, a Russian media outlet reported.

Nikolai Lebedev, also known as Nekoglai, reportedly announced during a live stream that he would donate ten drones worth $100,000 to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in retaliation against the Russian regime, according to Insider Russia.

In a video shared on TikTok, Lebedev said he would personally hand the drones to the AFU.

"I survived two weeks of torture by Russia. What for? For the reason they themselves invented," Lebedev said, as translated by Russian independent media Novaya Gazeta. "After that, I will obviously speak about politics. I will speak about politics until the end of my life."

"I will be an enemy of the Russian regime until the end of my life. This week already I will send more than $100,000 to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I will buy 10 drones, arrive in Ukraine, and record me personally handing these drones to the Ukrainian Armed forces."

Lebedev was detained in Moscow on Nov. 9, two days after he posted a video mimicking a Russian soldier in a trench getting pelted with grenades from a drone, according to Insider.

According to the TikTok personality, he was tortured and raped by Russian authorities.

"Immediately after I entered the office without cameras, the door slammed behind me, and the first thing the officials did was kick me in the chest with all their might," Lebedev said, as quoted by Insider.

He said they stripped him naked and demanded him to "sit" on a bottle. When he refused, the officers allegedly tried to insert the bottle by force.

"I almost passed out, lost consciousness several times for a couple of seconds," Lebedev recounted.

The Moldovan TikToker was reportedly detained until his identity was verified.

The outlet said that Ekaterina Mizulina, the head of Russia's Safe Internet League, reported Nekoglai's video to authorities, saying that he mocked the feat of the soldier who fought the attack of a drone carrying Ukrainian grenades.
