Porn Actor Ron Jeremy Accused Of Multiple Counts Of Rape And Sexual Assault

Adult film star Ron Jeremy has been charged with three counts of rape and sexually assaulting another.

Jeremy, whose real name is Ronald Jeremy Wyatint, was accused of attacking women between 2014 and 2019, and the alleged victims ranged from 25 to 46 in age. He is one of the popular names in the adult film industry and has been featured in thousands of videos since the 1970s.

The 67-year-old porn actor has faced sexual assault accusations before and he officially denied all of the allegations in 2017. He claimed that he has never and would never rape anyone. At that time, Jeremy also gave support for women and men who came forward and stated that these predators need to be taken down.

According to BBC News, if Jeremy is convicted of the crimes, he could face up to 90 years in prison. He has categorically denied the charges.

A statement from the Los Angeles County District Attorney, Jackie Lacey, indicated that Jeremy was accused of raping a 25-year-old woman in West Hollywood.

He also allegedly assaulted two women, ages 33 and 46, on different occasions at a bar in the same area. He has been accused of raping a 30-year-old woman, as well, at the same establishment in July 2019.

His attorney, Stuart Goldfarb, claimed the charges came as a surprise because he is not a rapist. Goldfarb added that Jeremy, because of his fame, has been one of the sought after personalities by thousands of women.

Jeremy did appear in court Tuesday with handcuffs and a face mask though he did not enter a plea. The judge has delayed his arraignment until Friday though the bail was set at $.6.6 million.

According to the New York Post, Jeremy is also famous for entering a plea on Twitter to save a treasured curbside tree in front of his childhood home in Bayside Queens, N.Y.

He claimed that the tree was a towering extension of himself and it was planted by his father the day that he was born.
