The top after-market NASDAQ Losers Thursday were: Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, SunPower Corp, Zogenix, Body Central Corp, AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Cowen Group, Openwave Systems, Cytori Therapeutics, ON Semiconductor Corp and Nuance Communications.
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) stock slumped 14.97 percent to $53.06 in post market trading session after Starbucks announced that it will launch its own single-cup coffee brewer Verisimo, which will compete with GMCR’s single-cup coffee maker, later this year.
SunPower Corp. (SPWR) stock slumped 9.07 percent to $6.52 in aftermarket trading session. The company stock surged more than 6 percent in regular session.
Zogenix Inc. (ZGNX) stock slumped 8.84 percent to $2.27 in post market session after plunging more than 10 percent in regular session. The company reported fourth quarter net loss of $23.7 million or $0.36 per share compared to loss of $2.1 million or $0.17 per share in the same period a year ago. The company also expects the fiscal 2012 revenue to be in a range of 45.5 to $48.5 million compared to analysts’ estimation of $64.93 million.
Body Central Corp. (BODY) stock plunged 7.67 percent to $26.50 in aftermarket trading session as its fiscal 2012 earnings estimates fell short of expectations. The company expects fiscal 2012 earnings to be in a range of $1.46 to $1.50 per share on revenues of $343 to $348 million compared to analysts’ estimation of $1.50 per share on revenues of $355 million.
AMAG Pharmaceuticals Inc. (AMAG) stock declined 3.9 percent to $16.00 in aftermarket trading session.
Cowen Group Inc. (COWN) stock fell 3.33 percent to $2.61 in aftermarket trading session.
Openwave Systems Inc. (OPWV) stock declined 2.99 percent to $2.27 in post market trading session.
Cytori Therapeutics Inc. (CYTX) stock fell 2.99 percent to $2.60 in aftermarket trading session.
ON Semiconductor Corp. (ONNN) stock declined 2.75 percent to $8.48 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $6.53, a 52-week high of $11.85 and $3.94 billion in market capitalization.
Nuance Communications Inc. (NUAN) stock fell 2.42 percent to $25.45 in aftermarket trading session. The stock has a 52-week low of $15.56, a 52-week high of $31.15 and $8.04 billion in market capitalization.
