Shareholder rights firm Robbins Umeda LLP has commenced an investigation into possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of the law by members of the board of directors of XRIT in connection with their efforts to sell the company to Danaher Corp.

OPNET Technologies Inc. (OPNT) stock slumped 6.02 percent to $25.00 in post market session after lowering its fourth quarter guidance. The company currently expects fourth quarter GAAP net income to be in a range of $0.16 to $0.17 per share on revenues of $44.4 to $44.6 million, down from earlier estimation of $0.17 to $0.29 per share on revenues of $45 to $49 million, while analysts’ expect quarterly net profit of $0.26 per share on revenues of $46.99 million.
