Powerball February 9: Winning Lottery Numbers For Saturday's $224 Million Jackpot

Friday night’s Mega Millions lottery drawing came and went without much in the way of big winners, but the weekend brought another opportunity to take home millions of dollars. The Powerball lottery had a drawing on Saturday night with a jackpot of $224 million at stake. Did anyone manage to win?

Nobody was lucky enough to take home the grand prize, but a few people got huge paydays out of it. The winning Powerball numbers for Saturday were 1, 2, 3, 7 and 39, with a red Powerball number of 25. There was also a 3X Power Play multiplier.

Nobody got the $224 million jackpot, but not everyone walked away disappointed. Someone in Iowa snagged $2 million, while three players each won $1 million. They were located in Florida, Illinois and Texas.

The next Powerball drawing is on Wednesday. Since nobody won the jackpot on Saturday, it grew to an even larger sum of $242 million for Wednesday’s drawing. It has a cash value of $148.1 million.
