Morgan Chase & Co.'s community-lending practices, a rare occurrence for any large U.S. bank. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Wednesday lowered Chase Bank USA, NA, a subsidiary of JPM, to a "satisfactory" rating from an "outstanding” rating, the Wall Street Journal reported.
