The company has resumed talks with founder Richard Schulze about an agreement that will allow him to conduct due diligence in his effort to acquire the company, Bloomberg has reported citing two people with knowledge of the matter.

The company expects that the fiscal 2013 adjusted net profit will be in the range of $1.45 to $1.49 per share on revenue of 3.025 to $3.035 billion, compared to Reuters' estimate of $1.49 per share on revenue of $3.02 billion.
